There is currently no tool from Google for tracking and analyzing AdSense clicks, however, there are a few third-party solutions and one of them is a hack that uses JavaScript to track adsense clicks and log it to Urchin Tracker or Google Analytics for analysis and reporting.

Here is a modified version of the AdSense Tracking script for Yahoo Publisher Network (YPN), Chitika and GoogleAds.

The problem with the scripts above is that they work well with Internet Explorer but do not play well with FireFox.

Here is another Google AdSense Hack which works well for Internet Explorer and FireFox.

One limitation of the tools above is that they do not log the click data to a database.
